DOM INVEST MILENIUM is a company that was formed in October 2003. It is relatively new company but has big experience in the constructing business. The company is founded by two architects Mr. Anton Kajtazi and Ms. Liljana Kovaceva, both experienced architects with long history of working in real estate and developing business.
The company has been formed as company daughter of an existing DOM DIZAJN, proved real estate company in Macedonia with experience in this field since 1993. DOM INVEST MILENIUM is a formed to deal with engineering and constructing. For that purpose we have formed a team that is ready to answer any assignment in this field. In it short period of work has managed to run several big projects.

- Developing an apartment building in Skopje, Kisela Voda. The building is with total useable surface of 2100 m2. This is individually funded project that started in July 2004 and has been finished in September 2005.
- The other project is the building of the Oncology Clinic in Bitola donation of US Government. This is a short term project with time of performance of 110 days that was finished in November 2004.

The company is structured to work with subcontractors and free lancers. The projects we run are carefully analyzed and we hire the professionals and companies necessary to perform the works in time frame and in quality as required. The subcontractors we use are all skilled and one of the best in the area they specialize. According to the need of specific project we form the team that we find is best for the required job. We run only few projects at a time in order to have better performance
